Knox Laboratory is a locally owned and operated, State Certified laboratory located at 5640 South Memorial, in our own medical occupational services building. Knox Laboratory has the newest, state-of-the-art analyzer that not only gives negative / positive results, but can also provide levels to determine increasing or decreasing of usage. Negative results are sent to your specified email address or fax number within one hour. KNOX NEWS02-07-2006 Knox has just opened a new location on Highway 75 in Bartlesville, OK. This is a full service laboratory, offering one hour urine drug test results, hair drug testing, physicals, and blood draws.
